Buntzen Lake

Location scouting can be pretty fun if you have friends who enjoy adventuring as much as you do. Kelley and I took a quick trip to Buntzen Lake in Coquitlam, and because of the overcast day during the middle of the week, we were given a quiet and serene spot for photos. Compared to hiking this area on a location, I was surprised how little people were there, but all the better for us. It was refreshing having cloud cover, giving me optimal lighting for shooting out in the open, a nice break from all the sun we've been having, but I'd never wish sun away when living on the west coast. You'd have to be crazy to wish for more rain.
